At Crazy Goat Lady Soap Company, we package our bath salts in a one-bath time tube. Using the 1.7oz tubes allows you the freedom to select different bath salts for many additional types of baths.
Pour the salt into the warm running bath water and use your hand to stir the water to help dissolve all the grains. Soak in the tub for at least 20 minutes.
There's no right or wrong when it comes to the question of showering after an Epsom salt bath – it's merely personal preference. If you decide not to rinse off afterward, your body may benefit for longer from the amazing healing properties of the salt.

Our free shipping is pretty simple. When a contanintal US shopper spends $35 and up in your shop, their order ships free. 

My processing time is 1-3 days, I ship via priority mail but keep in mind the post office delays are still happening.
